This session was straight out of a dream. We had driven by this location multiple times and I had a vision that I was so ready to make happen and finally it did!
We spent the afternoon with these two lovebirds at the beautiful Luca Lagotto in Homewood, Alabama and it seriously felt like we’d been transported to Italy. From the beautiful yellow textured walls to the striped awnings, to the way they looked at each other (like no one else existed), the whole thing had major romantic, old-world vibes. Swooooon!
We wandered around Luca’s gorgeous outdoor space, capturing the soft, sweet moments between Ben and Courtney, the kind you can’t plan. The kind that just happen when you're with your person. The light was absolutely perfect, they were fully in the moment, and we just got to follow along and document the love.
After some portraits outside, we headed indoors where they cozied up with some gelato and leaned into the magic of it all. They were such a fun couple to photograph!
Sessions like this are what make us love what we do. No big productions or forced poses, just connection, movement, and genuine joy. These two made it so easy.
