Casey & Alex’s Cozy Fall Wedding at Home in Cullman, Alabama

Casey and Alex’s wedding day was one of those fall days that just felt right. The air was cool, the trees were showing off all their golden colors, and their home in Cullman was the perfect setting for such a special day.

They got married right in their own backyard, with the ceremony tucked behind their big barn in the woods. String lights lined the path to the ceremony spot, surrounded by fall foliage and a little creek running behind them. It was such a peaceful, beautiful place, and the fact that they made it all themselves made it even more meaningful.

Before the ceremony, they shared a first look right in that same spot. They started back to back, reading their vows to each other before turning around to see each other for the first time. It was quiet, intimate, and so full of emotion, one of those moments you could feel deep down.

Their sweet pup even got to be part of the ceremony, bringing the rings down the aisle and totally stealing the show. It was such a fun and personal touch that fit their day perfectly.

The whole celebration felt relaxed and full of love, surrounded by their closest family and friends. Their reception took place in the barn they built, with warm lights, great food, and so many cozy fall details. They shared a first dance, cut their cake, and later had a big fire going outside where everyone gathered to make s’mores and soak up the last moments of the night.

Everything about the day felt genuine and true to them. No stress, no rush, just joy, connection, and a whole lot of heart.
