When I say we had the best time with Colleen and Reed during their engagement session in Nashville, I truly mean it. These two are such a joy to be around and photographing their love was the easiest, most natural thing.
We started the evening at Centennial Park, soaking up that dreamy golden hour light while strolling through the trees and around the iconic Parthenon. (Yes, of course I made sure to grab a quick photo of myself on the TSwift bench, your resident Swiftie couldn’t resist!)
From there, we headed to Printer’s Alley for a little downtown energy and some celebratory champagne popping. I absolutely love when couples bring a bit of fun and personality to their sessions, and these two nailed it. The champagne, the giggles, the almost breaking a window with the cork(!), yeah it was just such a fun time for real!
We ended the night walking through downtown Nashville, capturing some magical shots with the city lights glowing behind them. And the best part? After we wrapped, we all grabbed pizza and hung out like old friends. It was the perfect way to end such a fun night.
Colleen and Reed are getting married next spring in Chicago at the Library and I already know it’s going to be stunning. If their engagement session is any indication, their wedding will be full of joy, laughter, and intentional little moments that tell their love story perfectly.
If you're dreaming of an engagement session that feels like you, whether that means popping champagne downtown, cozying up at home, or walking through your favorite local park, we’re all in. Let’s make it happen, you bring the love and we’ll bring the cameras (and maybe pizza after)!
